Qualifications and skills

1. Bachelor degree from economics or administrative sciences or social sciences or humanities. In the absence of a degree in these fields, minimum 10 years of working experience in social policy in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
3. Full computer literacy.
4. Postgraduate degree in sociology, psychology, social services, social policy or education sciences will be an asset.

General professional experience

1. Preferably 12 but a minimum of 10 years of professional working experience.

Specific professional experience

1. Preferably 7 but a minimum 5 years of professional experience as team leader and/or managerial position.
2. Preferably 5 but a minimum 4 years of professional experience in managing capacity building services in the fields of social assistance or social protection or social services or social inclusion or education.
3. Professional experience in design or management or monitoring & evaluation of social assistance schemes or qualitative and quantitative research in the field of social policy will be an asset.

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
3. Full computer literacy.
4. Post-graduate degree in education sciences, sociology, social services, psychology or psychological-counselling and guidance will be an asset.

General professional experience

1. Preferably 10 but a minimum of 8 years of professional working experience.

Specific professional experience

1. Preferably 6 but a minimum 4 years of professional experience in design and/or implementation and/or delivery of trainings in the fields of social policy or social assistance or social protection or social services or social inclusion.
2. Preferably 5 but a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of child protection or psychological-counselling and guidance.
3. Professional experience in research activities such as preparation or implementation of questionnaire; reporting or evaluation or interpretation of results of analysis etc. will be asset.
